Do I need planning permission?
In most cases, planning permission may not be necessary. By adhering to specific guidelines, such as keeping the eaves height under 2.5 meters, ensuring the total building height does not exceed 4 meters, and positioning the golf simulator building at least 2 meters from any boundary, you can often avoid the need for formal planning approval. However, it is always advisable to check with your local authority to confirm the regulations for your specific location.
